Our journey began in Chicago's Chinatown, where founder Peter Li's childhood experiences in bubble tea cafes sparked a vision. After extensive travels through major cities' boba scenes and years in accounting, a serendipitous encounter in California reignited his passion, leading to Gathers' opening in November 2019.
